Havana’s most innovative chamber ensemble, Espirales exemplifies the spirit and creativity of modern Cuba.
Made up of Tania Haase (violin and voice), Rodrigo García (piano), Olivia Rodríguez (double bass), Jesús Estrada and Alejandro Aguiar (percussion), Espirales breaks down the history, context and rhythms of Cuban music. They have performed and led educational workshops in Cuba, the US and Europe.
Spend the week in the charming, temperate and safe UNESCO World Heritage city of Guanajuato, Mexico with CAYO and Espirales this summer as a musician participant or a traveler.

Like all CAYO trips, this weeklong experience is open to musicians 13-16 with a guardian or 17+. There is no audition process or age limit. Come with a student mindset. More details at the musician brochure here.
